Concrete walkways crumbling hazard

The staff was welcoming and great - I would use them next time. The hotel met all required needs, it was a great stay for family vacation. The location was marvellous - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. Btw, it was just 20 min walk to downtown.

The concrete walkways on the second level are crumbling and a tripping hazard!!! The lack of basic toiletries left me feeling unprepared, and the overall decor felt tired and needed an update!!!

A Surprisingly Disappointing Experience

I stayed for one night and found the concrete walkways crumbling, risking tripping hazards. My King Room lacked basic toiletries, with one sliver of soap only. Cleaning was subpar, finding evidence of bedbugs under the sheets. I suggest checking the room thoroughly before settling in.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. With two young kids, we appreciated how accommodating everyone was, even lending us things we needed. The continental breakfast was a hit with the whole family!

In my wife's opinion, the pool could be better maintained.

I loved my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds-super comfy and super clean! The breakfast room was good, and I really enjoyed the decent coffee to kickstart my day. Parking was conveniently right next to my room!

The location offers excellent access to a nearby park, ideal for morning runs with beautiful scenery. Staff members displayed notable friendliness and were helpful throughout my stay. The room had maintenance issues, including a noisy heater and chipped furniture, which detracted from my experience.

The staff's kindness made a difference, and I appreciated the clean room with a great shower. The floor creaked, and the surrounding guests were quite loud at night.

The hot breakfast option was a nice surprise and much appreciated after long work days. The receptionist during check-in was notably friendly, which positively impacted my initial impression of the place.

There were few amenities in the room, such as a lack of soap and tissue.

I got a nice, budget-friendly room with comfy beds and good pillows. the staff were really helpful and had great knowledge about the area. 😊.

The food here is good, and the location is really convenient in the heart of Jackson. the staff are very friendly and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant stay. the hotel has decent accommodations featuring three queen beds, perfect for families or groups. 😄.
